Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee administration.

• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, promotion, resignation and other HR documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave and benefits administration.

• Coordinate payroll information, CPF submissions, commissions, incentives, overtime claims, IR8A and tax clearance matters.

• Coordinate staff training, development programmes, certifications and mandatory training requirements.

• Support performance appraisal, KPI reviews, employee counselling and disciplinary matters.

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF requirements and company HR policies.

• Review and improve HR policies, SOPs, staff handbook and internal HR processes.

• Prepare staff reports, manpower reports, training records and other management reports.

• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, attendance records and follow-up action items.

• Maintain HR and QA documentation in accordance with EduTrust and internal quality assurance requirements.

• Track staff qualifications, job descriptions, organisational charts, training records and compliance documentation.

• Support EduTrust assessments, management reviews, internal audits and external audits by preparing required evidence and records.

• Follow up on corrective actions, audit findings and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and guide junior HR staff and support management on HR and quality-related matters.
