SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to join our talented team at Multi Graded Industries Sdn Bhd in Parit Buntar, Perak. As a full-time Senior HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall Human Resources function and contributing to the growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the HOD/ the Management in the development and implementation/ improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
2. Coordinating and overseeing employee onboarding, training and development programmes.
3. Handling employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary matters.
4. Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening and interviewing candidates.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory laws and regulations.
6. Providing HR administrative support, such as processing payroll.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues.
8. Any tasks assigned by the Management.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
5. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis tools
6. Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations
7. Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality work
