URGENT HIRING – FIELD HR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2+ Years

Employment Type: Hybrid – Client Visits + Work From Home

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle client visits and field HR operations
• Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation & separation
• Track attendance, leave, overtime & salary inputs
• Prepare monthly salary calculations
• Handle PF & ESI number allotment and related documentation
• Calculate overtime, bonus, gratuity & Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
• Handle employee queries and grievance resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS
• Coordinate with clients and employees for smooth HR operations

Candidate Requirements :

• Graduate / MBA / BBA with 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience in Field HR, Payroll, Staffing/Manpower or Client-Site HR preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Payroll Calculations, PF, ESI & Gratuity.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits across Delhi.
