SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE ( CONSTRUCTION)

About the role

This role involves managing the full HR cycle including payroll, recruiting, and related functions. You will develop and update HR policies and procedures throughout the organization, liaise with government sectors, and handle staff onboarding and offboarding including documentation, orientation, clearance, and coordination with relevant departments. You will monitor and prepare employee attendance, leave, and overtime to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, coordinate staff training, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full HR cycle (payroll, recruiting, and related functions)
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures throughout the organization
• Liaise with government sectors
• Manage immigration and permit management, government and statutory compliance for foreign workers
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, clearance, and coordination with relevant departments
• Monitor and prepare employee attendance, leave, and overtime to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate staff training
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by management

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR role
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related courses
• Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with care
• Willing to work in SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
