Senior HR Executive – Construction

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / Senior HR Officer to join our construction company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong HR experience within the UAE construction industry and should be able to independently handle HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, visa/labour documentation, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for construction, engineering, site, labour, and office positions.
• Handle onboarding, job offers, employee files, contracts, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate visa, labour card, medical, Emirates ID, and other employment documentation with PRO.
• Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, employee records, and HR trackers.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary adjustments, deductions, advances, and final settlements.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, warning letters, resignations, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Maintain employee documentation, expiry trackers, and HR records.
• Support manpower planning for project and site requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and management updates.
• Coordinate with site teams, department heads, accounts, and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years HR experience, with solid experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Experience with a main contractor or construction company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment procedures.
• Experience handling both staff and labour workforce.
• Strong recruitment and HR operations background.
• Good knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and final settlement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and HR systems/ERP.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
