Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while supporting workforce welfare and operational efficiency in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates to meet project staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records including hiring, termination, leave administration, medical records, transfers, and promotions to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees in compliance with regulatory requirements to maintain legal workforce status.
• Administer foreign workers WICA (Work Injury Compensation Act) claims and related processes to ensure proper handling of workplace injury cases.
• Assist in performance appraisals and employee communications.
• Assist and coordinate employee engagement and well-being programs, including vendor sourcing and program implementation.
• Liaise with government authorities such as MOM and participate in statutory reporting or surveys when required.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Info-Tech system
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the area of Human Resources in Singapore Construction industry
• Good knowledge and interpretation of the employment Act and government regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
