Senior HR Executive / HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, and performance management systems
• Manage employee lifecycle, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR compliance
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture
• Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
