We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with 5+ years of HR experience to lead and manage the organisation’s HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
• Manage employee relations, performance and HR policies
• Oversee attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
• Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies
• Lead and support the HR team across the organisation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and compliance
• Excellent communication and people-management skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing HR for a large organisation or educational institution is preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
