Job Summary

Spectrum Solar is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage day-to-day HR operations and support business growth through effective people management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, statutory compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
• Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
• Assist in implementing performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and MIS as required by management.
• Support training and development programmes for employees.
• Coordinate confirmation, probation reviews, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Work closely with department heads to meet manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and other employee-related documentation.
• Perform additional HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA (HR) or Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience working with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruitment for technical, sales, and operational positions.
• Knowledge of performance management systems.
• Exposure to payroll coordination and statutory documentation.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
