JOB DESCRIPTION – HR SENIOR MANAGER

**Location:** Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Experience:** 8–12 Years Preferred

**Qualification:** Any Bachelor’s Degree; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Manager to manage HR operations, statutory compliance, labour laws, government portal filings and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT) and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliance.

• Handle Shops and Establishments registration, renewals and applicable factory licences.

• Manage Contract Labour compliance and statutory documentation.

• Handle POSH compliance, training and applicable reporting.

• Manage labour law compliance, statutory registers, audits and inspections.

• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, onboarding and employee records.

• Handle government portal logins, online filings, challans, payments and renewals.

• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely submissions.

• Supervise the HR team and prepare HR MIS reports.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI and statutory compliance.

• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu labour laws and applicable government portals.

• Experience in compliance filings, audits and documentation.

• Strong MS Excel, communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Factory and Contract Labour compliance.

• POSH implementation and reporting.

• MBA / PGDM in HR.

• Manufacturing or industrial experience.
