About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to take hands-on responsibility for Recruitment and HR Operations. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with management and different functions while developing your career across HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer.
• Coordinate Onboarding for new employees.
• Manage and follow up Probation process.
• Support Labor Law / HR Compliance and HR documentation.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related matters.
• Work closely with hiring managers and employees on HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment & HR Operations.
• Good understanding of Thai Labor Law and HR practices.
• Good communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
