Senior HR Officer (HR Analytic / C&B Reporting)

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 6 years or above experience in HR analytics and HRIS implementation
• Solid experience in data consolidation and HR projects coordination
• Experience in sizable companies, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Prior exposure in coordination with APAC operations is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, initiative with good numerical and organization skills
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office and HRIS system, advanced level of Excel
• Good communication of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with APAC counterparts to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives
• Provide support on preparing HR metrics, dashboards and analytical reports for management
• Handle HR data consolidation and reports generation to support decision-making and compliance
• Prepare various HR reports covering headcount, turnover, compensation and workforce costs
• Responsible for annual salary review & analysis, C&B benchmarking and manpower budgeting
• Participate in HR system-related projects coordination in alignment with company regulations
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency
