Role: Senior HR Operations

Main job Location: Hyderabad

Working Mode: Full-time

Timings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)

Salary: Negotiable

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience

Qualification: MBA is preferable with relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests.

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Monitor employee morale and engagement, and develop strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction.

Onboarding:

• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding processes.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.

Benefits Administration:

• Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
• Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues as needed.

Performance Management:

• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

Employee Engagement:

• Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.

Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to drive improvements in the workplace.

• Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Other HR responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority

Minimum Service Agreement:

1-year service agreement will apply to candidates with more than 5 years of experience.

2-years service agreement will apply to candidates with less than 5 years of experience.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
