Senior HR Operations Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, HR Operations to support their North America population. They are based in the Princeton, NJ area and offer a hybrid work schedule plus excellent benefit. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, driving process improvements, strengthening data governance, and supporting HR technology initiatives.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of HR Operations professionals while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. Key areas of focus include employee lifecycle administration, employee support and case management, HR data integrity and reporting, payroll coordination, policy governance, and the implementation of HR systems and process enhancements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR operations in a complex organization, translating business requirements into practical solutions, and driving continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and technology. Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with experience supporting HR systems, process transformation, and employee service excellence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR Operations experience, including team leadership
• Strong HRIS and HR technology experience, including systems implementations and enhancements
• Experience driving process improvement, automation, and operational transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle administration, payroll processes, data governance, and policy management
• Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
