Senior HR Oracle Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Technical lead and SME for Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle EBS HR-related modules.
• Provide architecture and technical direction for enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions.
• Design, develop, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Lead technical analysis, solution design, configuration, customization, and testing.
• Ensure system stability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Partner with HRIS and functional leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage development standards, code reviews, and release management.
• Support EBS integrations during coexistence/transition phases.
• Coordinate with managed service providers, system integrators, and Oracle Support.
• Provide Tier 3 production support, RCA, and issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Participate in roadmap planning, technology evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Use Jira, GLPI, Comind, SharePoint, etc. for collaboration and documentation.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years supporting and developing Oracle HR systems with hands-on technical leadership.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.X, particularly HR, Payroll, or related modules.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring technical resources.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.

• Oracle Cloud HCM architecture, security, data models, and integrations.
• Oracle EBS architecture, online patching and customization frameworks.
• OIC, REST/SOAP, file-based and event-driven integrations.
• OBIEE, BI Publisher, Web ADI.
• SQL, PL/SQL, HR and workflows.
• Oracle Forms / OA Framework personalization.
• Oracle FMW, EDI, SOA web services.
• Workflow and AME.
• Tortoise SVN.
• Job scheduling, automation, and monitoring tools such as Skybot/OIC.
• Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Visio.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data domains.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
