Context

Credendo is looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of one or more HR software platforms. You will be the key driver of this strategic initiative, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and with full stakeholder alignment — from project kick-off to go-live.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR software implementation project(s) from start to finish (go-live)

• Own the project scope, budget, and planning

• Develop and execute change management measures to ensure expected results are delivered

• Manage close relationships with all stakeholders (internal teams, partners, third parties)

• Coordinate and manage the work of project team members across different workstreams

• Ensure clear agreements with partners and follow up on commitments and deliverables

• Guarantee integration quality across different project groups

• Participate in analysis workshops and ensure requirements are captured in the blueprint

• Produce and maintain full project documentation (planning, communication, UAT, etc.)

• Organize UAT testing sessions and follow up on testing progress and bug fixing

• Escalate blocking issues to partners to secure project deadlines

Your Profile

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including HR software platform implementation

• Strong experience in the Human Resources environment or a genuine interest in HR processes

• Sound knowledge of project management methodologies, practices and tools (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.) Technical Skills

• Experience with HR platforms implementation (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll tools, etc.) • Ability to structure complex projects involving multiple partners

• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities — able to detect, assess and manage risks and issues

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Ability to create clear project overviews ensuring full transparency to all stakeholders
