Senior HRBP Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will partner closely with business leadership to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support growth across a dynamic technology environment.

The position will focus on aligning talent initiatives with business objectives, advising senior leaders, and translating workforce insights into practical action.

You will also collaborate with HR partners to deliver tailored solutions that improve leadership capability, culture, and overall business performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Align talent initiatives with business growth objectives
• Support the creation and implementation of business unit plans
• Promote a strong organizational culture and effective business performance
• Partner with HR functions to tailor HR solutions to business needs
• Coach senior leaders on developing effective people leadership skills
• Analyze data trends to inform strategic guidance for business leadership
• Advise on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design

Qualifications

• Experience with AI integration in work processes and decision-making
• Background in client support and management coaching, plus team development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving
• Ability to navigate an unstructured, fast-paced environment independently
• Skill in managing multiple complex priorities at once
• Proficient across strategic, operational, and tactical HR levels
• Credible communicator with integrity in delivering information
• Confident in respectfully challenging business decisions
