Senior HRIS & Data Manager

Our team comprises about 4,600 seafarers and over 400 shore staff in 14 key locations around the world.

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled, energetic and experienced individual with proven track record to lead our HRIS and Data initiatives aligned with our strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
• Build and maintain people dashboards and manage people data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Develop and implement relevant HR processes and HRIS policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Digitalizaton, IT and Finance departments to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
• Generate and analyze HR data reports to support decision-making.
• Conduct people data analysis to identify trends and insights for strategic planning.
• Lead HRIS projects and initiatives as well as manage system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to employees on HRIS functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Identify and resolve system issues and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices.
• Drive HR process improvemens and efficiency as well as policy standardisarion establishing governance framework.

Skills Capabilities / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in HRIS, data management or HR transformation, preferably within a global organisation.
• Proven experience with HRIS systems from a Global organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Full proficiency in MS office and advanced skills in using relevant AI tools.
• Knowledge and experience of lean/Six Sigma techniques, scrum or ADKAR principles
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
