We are currently looking for a SAP HRIS Director or Senior HRIS Manager, to work in a hybrid role in Milford Massachusetts for a 6+month job opportunity.

Location: Hybrid onsite for 3 days a week in Milford Massachusetts

Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Director to lead HR technology strategy, configuration, integration, and governance, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integration. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors strategy, roadmap, implementations, enhancements, and system governance.
• Manage end-to-end integrations between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA.
• Oversee employee, organizational, position, and cost center master data synchronization.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules, business rules, workflows, MDF objects, and role-based permissions (RBP).
• Manage integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, OData/SFAPI, and SAP BTP.
• Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, system validation, and audit readiness.
• Lead HRIS teams and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Manage SAP release cycles, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Experience with at least 2–3 additional SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, or Succession).
• Proven hands-on SuccessFactors–SAP S/4HANA integration experience.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI, Integration Center, OData/SFAPI, MDF, workflows, and RBP.
• Experience with HR systems in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications.
• S/4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade experience.
• SAP BTP and Clean Core knowledge.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry experience.
• Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and SOX compliance.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.

1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Advanced hands-on configuration and administration.
2. SAP S/4HANA Integration: Direct experience integrating SuccessFactors with S/4HANA, including HR and Finance master data.
3. HRIS Leadership: 8+ years in HRIS, including 3+ years leading teams and enterprise HR technology initiatives.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on HRIS Director or Senior HRIS Manager with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise, proven S/4HANA integration experience, and leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
