Senior Human Resource Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Utilize job portals, headhunting, and candidate mapping techniques to build strong talent pipelines
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on competency, culture fit, and job requirements
• Identify training needs across departments and develop structured training programs
• Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity
• Maintain training records, track effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement
• Support implementation of HR initiatives such as employee engagement and performance development
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards
• Promote workplace practices like 5S, Dojo training, and continuous improvement culture

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in recruitment using job portals, sourcing strategies, and candidate mapping. Exposure to VSA audits and Dojo audits with good understanding of shop-floor practices. Effective coordination and evaluation skills.
