Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Purpose : Manage accurate and timely monthly payroll for employees and project/site manpower. Ensure proper salary calculations, attendance inputs, statutory deductions, payroll MIS and confidentiality.

Responsibilities :

• Process monthly payroll, wage sheets and salary statements.
• Verify attendance, leave, OT, incentives, advances and deductions.
• Calculate PF/EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other applicable deductions.
• Prepare F&F settlements, pay slips and salary certificates.
• Coordinate with HR, site teams, Finance and Accounts for payroll closure.
• Reconcile payroll, bank transfer data and statutory deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and support audits/inspections.

Skills :

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, IFERROR, ROUND/ROUNDUP.
• Pivot Tables, filters, conditional formatting and MIS.
• Strong payroll calculation and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of statutory payroll compliance.
• Analytical ability, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Timely PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/TDS compliance.
• Accuracy of payroll MIS and reconciliations.
• Timely collection/validation of site payroll inputs.
