Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and development within the organization.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in senior human resource executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of HRSd (Human Resources Shared Services) systems.
