Experience- 4-5 Years

Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR) / MSW (HR)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate payroll processing and maintain HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Bonus, and Gratuity.
• Handle contractor labour compliance and statutory audits.
• Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities for labour law compliance, inspections, and statutory matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with EPF, ESIC, BOCW, CLRA, Payroll, and Labour Compliance.
• Experience in the Manufacturing and Infrastructure/Construction industry is preferred.
• Good communication, documentation, and MS Office skills.
