Senior Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and HR administration.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payment.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime and claims.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, letters, policies and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and staff grievances.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies such as JTK, KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN when required.
• Coordinate staff training, performance management and employee welfare activities.
• Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and employees.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

📌 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering, construction or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Experience in payroll and statutory submissions.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems/software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
