**Job Summary:**We seek an Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitmentsourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will enhance our employer brand and ensure we hire the best talent.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Role & responsibilities
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates via online channels.
Conduct interviews and manage offer communication.
Support onboarding and other HR tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's in HR (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment.
Proficiency in social media and job boards.
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
