Senior Human Resource Executive

• Accountable for all hiring, talent management and employee relations, including aligning compensation and benefit structures;
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with directors
• Advise employees on matters related to Employment Act, staff policies and employee handbook.
• Involved in the talent acquisition process, from sourcing of candidates (through job posting, scouting), managing applications/correspondences, scheduling interviews, candidate management, (screening, tracking), and offers.
• Develop human resource policies and ensure the policies are being met
• Able to operate internal HRMS system and maintain the confidentiality of the data. Updating system with latest information of employees & related matters
• Prepare & revise departmental organization chart
• Follow-up on staff promotion appraisal, and staff confirmation once they complete probationary period.
• Ensure exit clearance processes is properly administered
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managing Director

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 4 years’ experience as a HR Generalist.
• Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act, HR practices and legislation
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Well versed with using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills and desire to strive continuous improvement.
• Highly self-motivated, committed, and resourceful with initiative and drive to do organized and meticulous work
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Complete understanding of the need to always maintain confidentiality.
