- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees, ensuring proper documentation, system access, and exit clearances.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HRIS, prepare regulatory HR reports, and ensure strict data confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
- Assist in reviewing and enforcing HR policies, guiding employees on internal processes, and supporting basic employee relations or grievance matters.
- Oversee general office administration and facility management to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-functioning workplace environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, pantry amenities, and general maintenance services to support daily team operations.
- Assist in internal compliance audits, process reviews, and ad-hoc HR or administrative projects as assigned by management.

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations and office administration in Singapore.
- Proven, hands-on experience in managing full-cycle Singapore payroll and statutory tax/claims submissions.
- Demonstrated track record in end-to-end work pass processing and strong familiarity with MOM policies and regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and local tax requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (knowledge of InfoTech is an advantage).
