Role Overview
We are looking for an HR professional responsible for managing day-to-day HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Exit Management activities. The role will involve ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes and addressing employee-related queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR Operations including employee documentation, HR records, HRMS updates, attendance and leave-related activities.
• Handle Employee Relations, including employee queries, grievances, concerns, and coordination with employees and management.
• Manage the complete employee exit and separation process, including resignation, exit interviews, clearance, full & final coordination, and relieving/experience documentation.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers and other HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely completion of HR documentation and processes.
• Support implementation and adherence to company HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and/or Exit Management.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with HRMS/HR systems will be an advantage.
