• Handle End-to-End Recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage BGV process, document verification and vendor coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Prepare and maintain HR Dashboards, MIS & recruitment reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for timely position closures.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.

Experience: 5+ years in HR Recruitment & Operations
