Leading Indian business group with a strong presence across real estate and allied sectors. The organization is known for developing and managing landmark commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and other projects across India.

The role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and managing key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong HR generalist/business partnering experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Act as an HR Business Partner for the assigned business/function and work closely with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, and exits.
• Understand business and workforce requirements and provide appropriate HR interventions and solutions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition teams on manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
• Manage employee relations and address employee concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
• Drive and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
• Support talent management, succession planning, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
• Work closely with senior management on various HR projects and organizational initiatives.
• Provide HR MIS, analytics, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance overall employee experience.
• Ensure effective coordination with internal HR teams and other stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
• 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist / Employee Relations roles.
• Candidates from IPC, consulting, real estate, or reputed corporate brands are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates from other industries with strong HR experience and exposure to reputed organizations will also be considered.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, performance management, engagement, and talent management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to HR.

Location Preference

Pune-based candidates will be preferred.

Candidates willing to relocate to Pune and having strong relevant experience may also be considered.
