Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Scope:

1. To lead, manage and direct HR policies, program and systems that support the organization’s vision, mission, value and goals.
2. Developing and implementing group-wide HR strategies and plans that align with the business objectives and priority, as well as ensuring compliance with legal, ethical and regulatory standards.
3. Responsible for design, delivery and evaluate HR strategic such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
4. Mange HR budget, resources and vendors while fostering a positive work culture that promotes employee well-being.

Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in human resource with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience with 5 years in senior management role.
2. A thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, laws and regulations, a strategic mindset and business acumen, exceptional communication, interpersonal, strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
3. A high degree of integrity and professionalism with the capacity to lead and develop high performing HR teams.
4. Able to travel abroad to oversea.
