Senior Human Resource Operations Executive

Job Title: Sr. Executive HR
Location: Medchal (Plant)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
• Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with plant departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• 4-5 years of relevant HR Operations experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
