What they need
- Talent Management such as administer recruitment process including sourcing, selection, onboarding, administer extension and confirmation, maintain and update staff database and movement record.
- Performance Management such as administer appraisal status and result rating compilation.
- Training & Development such as managing internal and external training, bond agreement, maintaining training records, administer training criteria, administer training needs analysis and competencies.
- Industrial Relation such as administer discipline issue, liaise with relevant government and statutory bodies in relation to labor related matters, facilitate staff feedback to resolve work related issues.
- Compensation such as administer data information on salary and benefit survey and benchmarking.
- Requirement - must have a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least ten years of experience in human resources. Must be computer literate, independent, self initiative and able to communicate at all level.
