● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
● At least 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Engagement.
● Knowledge of Labor Laws, HR practices, and office procedures.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR systems.
● Strong organizational and documentation skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
● High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
