Attendance daily checking using Greatday system and updated to management

Doing monthly Claims ( Overtime, staff claim bill, invoice and payment verification)

Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures

Performing employee onboarding activities and updating records of new staff

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Supporting employee development and satisfaction programs

Administering payroll and benefits programs

Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development programs

Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records

Addressing grievances and managing conflict resolution processes

Maintaining employee records and protecting their confidentiality

Participating in performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee evaluations

Collaborating with the executive team on strategic planning and organizational development
