Position: Senior Human Resources

Location: MRT Silom

Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 THB

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with Department Managers to conduct workforce and headcount planning.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including draft/review JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Ensure all HR operations and practices strictly comply with Thai labor laws.
• Handle disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and resolve internal labor relations issues.
• Develop, update, and review company policies, work rules, and employment regulations.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Manage payroll administration, employee benefits, and performance-based incentive programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation structures

4. Performance Management & Organization Development

• Drive the annual performance evaluation process (KPIs / OKRs).
• Formulate talent development strategies, training plans, and succession planning.
• Foster company culture and initiate employee engagement programs.

5. HR Business Partnering

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to department leaders and executives on people-related issues.
• Align HR strategies with business goals across various operational departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing).
