Senior Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, address employee inquiries and grievances, and support timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across departments.
• Oversee personnel administration, including employee records, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee changes, and coordinate accurate inputs for payroll processing.
• Support managers in handling employee performance and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee data, and recommend improvements to HR processes.

Job Requirements

• 5–7 years of overall HR experience with a strong HR Generalist background. Solid hands-on experience in employee relations, alongside exposure to other HR functions.
• Experience in general contracting is preferred.
• Strong personnel administration and HR operations skills.
• Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
