Senior Human Resources Manager

Senior HR / CHRO – Kolkata

Experience: 5–6+ Years
Industry Preferred: Courier / Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain / Express Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR strategy, recruitment and manpower planning.
• Manage employee engagement, performance, grievances and retention.
• Handle HR operations, payroll, attendance and HRMS.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
• Drive training, development and succession planning.
• Manage HR team and support business leadership.

Qualification: Graduate; MBA/PGDM HR preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
