Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide support for full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and staff relations and engagement
• Drive the end-to-end resourcing processes from developing and posting job ads to making offers and getting appointees onboard
• Keep abreast of the labour market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness with candidates
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records related to employee lifecycle.
• Assist in annual exercises such as staff cost budgeting, medical plan and insurance renewals
• Provide support in HR administration work and ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in human resources management, or equivalent
• 2 years or above of hands-on experience in HR field, with experience in retail industry preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislation
• Well-organised, detail oriented and responsible with a high level of integrity and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese including mandarin
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
