(Senior) Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

Assist HR Manager on full spectrum of HR work.

Recruitment, On-boarding & Off-boarding

• Arrange and coordinate recruitment interviews, reference check and related reports.
• Responsible for frontline openings recruitment delivery.
• Internal & external information update and system maintain for on-boarding & off-boarding employees, including inform key stakeholders, document signing, HRIS and insurance record update, etc.

Payroll & Benefits

• Responsible for regular payroll, including calculation, report and approval, online bank process;
• MPF administration, and tax-related duties.
• Benefits scheme design, implementation, review and update.

General Affairs & Ad Hoc Projects

• Regular check on Employee working visa management and provide support to visa apply and renewal;
• Support ad hoc HR and administrative projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, major in Human Resources Management is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR-related experience, experience in C&B is a plus.
• zKnowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related regulations is an advantage.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must, fluent in English and Cantonese is a plus.
• Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, result-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with internal colleagues.
