Senior Human Resources Officer

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a small-scaled “siu-mei” (Chinese roast) fast food eatery to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, Trusty Congee King ,and other Japanese restaurants, managing around 190 outlets in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, C&B administration, employee relations and staff engagement activities, etc;
• Ensure compliance of all HR practices in accordance with company policy, local legislative and regulatory requirements;
• Work close and build rapport relationship with section heads and summarize the hiring needs;
• Maintain strong partnerships with NGO stakeholders to support HR initiatives;
• Explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and recruitment channels;
• Support to summer internship schemes and branding initiatives;
• Assist in HR digitalization enhancement & implementation;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years or above HR experience in sizable company;
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related legislations;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, logical thinking and customer-oriented;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office (exp. Excel) and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
