Clean Air Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC / AC Multi Technician to join our technical team in Dubai.

The candidate must be primarily an experienced AC/HVAC technician, capable of independently diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, cleaning and repairing different types of air-conditioning systems.

Additional experience in plumbing and electrical works is highly preferred, as the technician may occasionally be required to identify and resolve minor plumbing or electrical problems related to our service works.

Main Responsibilities

• Diagnose AC problems and identify the correct technical solution.
• Perform AC inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Perform comprehensive AC deep cleaning, including FCU components, coils, blowers, drain trays and drainage systems.
• Perform AC duct and ventilation cleaning works.
• Understand and work with FCU, Split AC, Package Units and VRF/VRV systems.
• Identify cooling problems, water leakage, drainage problems, unusual noises and airflow issues.
• Check thermostats, motors, capacitors, contactors, sensors and other AC electrical components.
• Understand chilled-water FCU systems commonly used in Dubai apartments and buildings.
• Perform minor plumbing works when required, including leak identification, drainage problems, valves and basic sanitary/plumbing repairs.
• Perform minor electrical troubleshooting and repairs when required.
• Properly use HVAC testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Explain technical problems clearly to the supervisor/office and recommend the appropriate solution.
• Take clear before-and-after photos of completed works.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicle properly.
• Follow company safety, cleanliness and customer-service standards.
• Drive the company vehicle to customer locations throughout Dubai when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC/AC experience in Dubai.
• Strong practical experience in AC maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory.
• Must be able to drive company vans/manual vehicles.
• Good understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC.
• Basic to good plumbing knowledge.
• Able to diagnose problems independently rather than only follow instructions.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior when working inside customers’ villas and apartments.
• Available to join immediately or with a very short notice period.
• Age requirement: 30–50 years old.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked for a professional HVAC, facilities management, technical services or AC maintenance company in Dubai and are accustomed to working directly at customers’ villas, apartments and commercial properties.

The ideal candidate is not only an AC cleaner. We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician who understands the complete AC system, can diagnose faults, perform repairs and maintenance, and can also assist with plumbing and electrical issues when necessary.
