We're looking for a Senior Support Technician to become the trusted technical partner for one of our major mining customers in Perth. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, product sourcing, quoting, project coordination, and hands-on workshop support.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, helping identify solutions, develop hydraulic kits, source components, improve efficiencies, and keep critical mining equipment operating at its best . You'll spend time both in branch and on-site, building strong customer relationships and becoming the go-to person for technical support and solutions.

About The Person We're looking for someone who combines both technical capability and a customer-first attitude . You Will Ideally Have

• 5+ years' hands-on experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry
• Experience manufacturing hoses and working with hydraulic systems
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
• Mining industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
• An current Australian Driver's Licence
