Role & responsibilities
- Manage and support Authentication and Identity Management platforms such as ForgeRock and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Implement and maintain SSO, MFA, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, and LDAP integrations for enterprise applications.
- Support application onboarding and migration across identity platforms.
- Automate operational tasks, deployments, and testing using Java, Python, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize identity infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, improve platform reliability, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Desired Profile
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and authentication protocols.
- Knowledge of ForgeRock, Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience with Java or Python scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
