Senior Identity Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and manage IAM solutions using Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Automate identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, and JIT access.
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enforce least-privilege access.
• Develop scripts and workflows to automate identity and access processes.
• Lead IAM projects, technical design, risk management, and delivery.
• Create and maintain IAM policies, standards, procedures, and runbooks.
• Support security audits, compliance, and identity governance.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of IAM or Identity Security experience.
• Handson experience with Okta, Active Directory, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Strong experience with PAM, JIT access, and nonhuman identity management.
• Strong automation and scripting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
