Senior IE Layout Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.

Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.

May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may plan and schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.

Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.

On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement. Qualifications:

BS, or MS in Industrial Engineering or engineering field.

Minimum 5 years' IE layout planning experience in 300mm semiconductor fab with construction/design related experience.

Very Proficient with Layout design tools (AutoCAD).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.

Motivated self-starter, with strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
