Key Responsibilities

• Configure time & attendance rules: shifts/rotas, OT calculations (multipliers, night differentials), breaks, grace periods, leave deductions, holiday pay.
• Implement multi-channel clocking: biometric devices (CAMS), native mobile/web apps, manual overrides with validation workflows.
• Build payroll integrations: CSV/XML/SFTP/API exports with field mappings (empNumber, PayrollId, hours, OT, allowances) for BizPay/ADP/SAP. Design complete workflows: punch data validation supervisor approval- payroll handoff with reconciliation reports.
• Test end-to-end: live data syncs, exception scenarios, cut-off processes, multi-vendor validation.
• Create attendance analytics: absenteeism trends, OT patterns, compliance dashboards, late punch reports.
• Train teams: employees (clocking), supervisors (approvals), payroll (imports), HR (reporting).
• Document everything: process flows, integration specs, troubleshooting guides, training materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years hands-on WFM/HRIS implementation (UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, OrangeHRM, or similar).

• Biometric integration experience (CAMS, ZKTeco, Hikvision) – device setup, API/file sync, duplicate resolution.
• Multi-payroll expertise: BizPay field mappings, ADP attendance feeds, SAP HCM interfaces, custom export formats.
• Technical toolkit: HRIS configuration, API/file integrations, Excel/Power Query for data validation and reconciliation.
• Process design mindset: can map as-is vs to-be flows and drive adoption.
