We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Implementation Engineer to join our Services team. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating the Operin platform for customers. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a customer-focused mindset and enjoys solving complex business and technology challenges.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders, Business Analysts, Implementation Engineers, and Product Development to ensure successful project delivery and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities

Participate in multiple concurrent customer implementations, including product configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.

Technical Implementation

• Design and implement data integrations with portfolio accounting systems, custodians, market data providers, and other external platforms
• Create and customize workflow automation using SQL, formulas, pattern-matching techniques, and AI-powered services
• Configure and customize business workflows, forms, templates, and operational processes
• Develop custom integrations, extensions, and transformation logic using C#/.NET, Web APIs, and scripting technologies
• Create and maintain custom reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Assist with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution during implementations

Customer Delivery

• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning activities
• Collaborate directly with customer business and technical teams to translate requirements into Operin solutions
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and production deployments
• Provide implementation best practices and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Work effectively across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience in software implementation, consulting, systems integration, software development, or related technical roles
• Strong SQL Server development skills, including stored procedures, functions, schema design, and database administration concepts
• Experience with C# and .NET development
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data integration technologies
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting languages
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent customer projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS applications
• Experience within the investment management, financial services, or capital markets industry
• Experience with workflow automation, business process management, or low-code platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
• Experience with AI-powered business applications and automation solutions
• Knowledge of investment operations workflows, including portfolio accounting, compliance, trading, reconciliation, or cash management processes

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
