Role Snapshot

You’ll own enterprise accounts end-to-end — accountable for the outcomes they realise, from sales handover through go-live, adoption, and value confirmation. You’ll be the single point of contact and the face of Aerchain for your accounts, make delivery predictable across clients and calm for leadership, validate that what was sold matches what the product can support, and orchestrate the delivery team behind the scenes so the customer experiences one seamless Aerchain delivery. You report to the Value Owner.

What You’ll Drive

Customer Ownership

• Own your accounts end-to-end — from understanding the customer’s problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Be the single point of contact and the face of Aerchain for your accounts — through delivery, adoption, and outcome validation.
• Build trusted executive relationships; manage leadership expectations on readiness, residual risk, and trade-offs.

Delivery Leadership & Governance

• Own project & portfolio plan stability across your accounts; enforce governance, cadence, and metrics.
• Approve baselines, review delivery & sprint health, and drive milestone predictability across every account.
• Enforce exception & escalation governance with quality and timeliness — keep delivery calm and predictable for leadership.
• Orchestrate the delivery execution team and partners so the customer experiences one seamless Aerchain delivery; guide allocation, correct gaps, and keep the team unblocked.

Solution Oversight & Scope Discipline

• Review BRDs for feasibility, product alignment, and long-term supportability.
• Validate sold solutions against product capability; enforce scope discipline post-discovery.
• Confirm functional & operational readiness at go-live.

Stakeholder & Escalation Management

• Establish executive governance, escalation paths, and SteerCo cadence for your accounts.
• Own escalation resolution across client and internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Tech, and delivery partners).
• Be the customer’s single point of escalation — all external escalation flows through you.

Adoption & Value Realisation

• Own post-go-live outcomes — stay in the loop until value is confirmed, not until the feature ships.
• Hold the customer-value metrics standard across your accounts; track adoption and drive value realisation.
• Turn delivered outcomes into references and case studies; feed structured customer insight back into the product.

You’ll thrive here if

• 9–12 years in Product/Solution Consulting, Engagement or Account Management, or Enterprise SaaS delivery, with clear progression to end-to-end account ownership.
• You own outcomes — you stay in the loop until value is confirmed.
• You make delivery predictable across clients, scalable across teams, and calm for leadership.
• You validate solutions against product capability and hold scope discipline under pressure.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and structured, calm communication across every delivery stage.
• Pragmatic decision-making under pressure, with a critical-path focus.
• Strong B2B SaaS & enterprise-workflow understanding.
• Bonus: Procurement / supply chain / spend-management domain exposure, experience with Indian & US enterprise customers; MBA preferred.
