Senior Implementation Operations Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will support the implementation function by turning data into actionable operational insight and helping drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and reporting. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Implementation leadership and internal stakeholders to improve execution, strengthen decision-making, and keep projects moving from identification through delivery. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to identify trends and operational insights
• Build reports to support decision-making for implementation leadership
• Manage operational improvement opportunities from problem identification through delivery
• Develop solutions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project success
• Create documentation and training materials for process and tool updates
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to team members and leadership
• Participate in special projects focused on improving operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, implementation, project management, or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills for building and validating reports
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable solutions
• Experience managing projects from identification to delivery
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Sheets or Excel
